Aalto University Otaniemi Campus can be conveniently reached by metro from the city center. Accomodation in the Helsinki city center or in the Otaniemi area are both good options.
Block reservations and special rates
We have made block reservations and asked for special rates for the conference participants for 7-11 May 2023 in the hotels featured below. The conference rate is valid for reservations made by 9th of April (Sokos hotels) or by 23rd of April (Scandic hotels) or until the block reservation is full. For these prices, please take note of the given deadline, use the hotel-specific discount code that you receive when you register for the conference, and contact the hotel directly (booking agencies do not recognize the discount code). All guests are required to make their own accommodation arrangements.
