We are developing state-of-art high transition temperature (HTS) superconductingquantum interference devices (SQUIDs) for on-scalp magnetoencephalography (MEG).The devices are fabricated in our Nanofabrication Laboratory at Chalmers. Presently,we have a 7-channel MEG system and also single channel MEG systems. We usethese systems in a 3-layer magnetically screened room to validate the on-scalpMEG method and have in that context done several brain measurements withdifferent protocols. Most measurements have been done in collaboration with SahlgrenskaAcademy at Gothenburg University and with NatMEG at the Karolinska Institute.
