Travel grants for early career researchers
There is opportunity to obtain a travel grant to attend the MEGNord 2026 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Maximum amount available per grant is ****SEK to cover travel and accommodation costs. The travel grant does not cover daily allowances. ??In the application, a short justification should be included for applying for the grant.??
To be eligible for the travel grant, the applicant should affiliated with one of the participating sites of MEG Nord and the applicant should be presenting their research at the meeting. Priority is given to applicants who do not have other funding available by their institute.
It is possible to apply for the travel grant while filling the registration form.

We are offering mobility grants for post doc and PhD researchers to facilitate collaboration between Nordic countries. The mobility grants are 1000€ and can be used to cover travel costs between Nordic MEG centers. At least 2 sites (2 cities) should be involved, preferably 2 countries.
The visit should be to promote collaboration in some area in the field of MEG, including, but not limited to:
The application should include a CV and a mobility plan including a concrete action plan, cost estimate and justification how the plan facilitates Nordic competence and competitiveness in the MEG field (maximum 3 pages). Please plan so that the visit would be during the first half of 2024!
