On November 30 and December 1, Aarhus University (Denmark) will host a practical winter school on MEG source reconstruction and neural oscillations and their analysis with with MNE Python. The event will be geared towards graduate students and postdocs new to either MEG or MNE-Python. As the school will take place as part of the Nordic MEG hub, students and postdocs involved with Nordic MEG labs are particularly invited, though will be open to anyone.
The workshop will be a mix of theoretical lectures and practical hands-on sessions with MNE Python. We expect that attendees will be able to take an MEG dataset from pre-processing to source reconstruction and time-frequency analysis by the end of the school.
Lecturers confimed so far include Lau Møller Andersen and Sarang Dalal from Aarhus University, and Natalie Schaworonkow from the Ernst Strüngmann Institute for Neuroscience (ESI Frankfurt). A detailed program will follow.
